Nip it in the bud asap. Try to make your dog ignore other dogs by sound, food or touching the body. but if it doesnt work consider investing in a proffesional dog trainer or behaviouralist. The quicker you address the problem the better it will be for you and your dog. I would also consider a muzzle or maybe a head harness for more control. Good luck mate

I agree with everything Chris said. I really like the Halti collars. They go on the face and that give you more control over what they do. Also, it's best to put yourself between your dog and the other dogs ignoring them as you walk by. Hold your dog close to you and keep your pace steady. If your dog goes to snap, say "NO" and keep going. Only reinforce good behaviour with food not so much as a way to deter your dog from snapping. But like Chris said, nip in in the bud now. And bringing them to doggie behaviour classes is a great idea. That way the trainer can see your dog with others and give you great pointers. Good luck!
