can anyone tell me the best shampo o for westies
as i use 4 paws and mikki

I believe I can help with this one since washing Westies, and many other breeds, is my gig. I use an excellent all-natural soap free shampoo and conditioner line called Tropiclean. Their Awapuhi Whitening Shampoo really brightens the coat and makes them shine. If your Westie has problem skin they also have a wonderful Oatmeal Medicated Shampoo with Tea Tree Oil. I'll do a video soon to show you the whole product line as well. If you're local to Galway I sell it in my shop in Kilcolgan (beside Mother Hubbards) Hope that helps! x

some westies have skin problems and if this is the case with your dog, the best thing to use is Melasab which you can get from your vet, if you do use a whitening shampoo to make the coat whiter, make sure you dilute it well and that there is not a single trace of it in the coat when you have finished washing your dog, Johnsons baby shampoo is mild and fine for most dogs. do not over bathe your dog either, brushing will keep the coat clean and tangle free (most important for thier health)
