She had a calcium deficiency and unfortunately passed away in May due to liver failure. Her family are heartbroken over losing their little friend and we would like to pass on our deepest sympathies.

An American family grieve the loss of their beloved Shih-Tzu 'Harley' who was mauled to death at a dog care centre by several larger dogs. Harley was in a fenced-in yard at Tails In Motion, US when it happened.
World's Oldest Dog Passes Away
Written by King of Canine Gossip on Tuesday, 08 September 2009'Chanel' the long-haired white Daschund and the official 'World’s Oldest Dog' passed away peacefully in her sleep aged 21, or 147 in Dog years. Guinness World Records officials presented Chanel with a certificate as the world's oldest dog at a birthday party in Manhattan last May.
